"Delivery took way too long"
My order took way longer than I expected to show up. The tracking only updated about once in a while, so for days I had pretty much no idea where the package was.
I tried to just wait it out, but the whole shipping process got really frustrating. If you need your stuff around a certain time, I wouldn’t count on this being a smooth experience.

"Save Your Money"
I wouldn’t recommend this. It’s way too expensive for what you actually get, and I left feeling like I wasted my money. Just a heads-up for anyone considering it, there are probably better options out there for the price.

"Customer service just wasted my time and energy"
Dealing with their customer service was exhausting. I reached out with a simple question, and the replies took forever. When they finally did respond, it felt like they barely read what I wrote. I kept going back and forth and got nowhere, which was such a waste of energy. It felt like I was being ignored. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Felt cheaply made for the price"
I really wanted to like this, but it felt cheaply made right out of the box. After just a little bit of use, the edges started looking worn and one of the pieces didn’t stay in place like it should. For the price, I expected something sturdier. Also, the finish looked uneven in a couple spots, and that part was weird. Overall, it just didn’t hold up well and didn’t feel worth what I paid...

"Felt a bit lost using the website"
I tried browsing around the site, but it felt clunky to use. A few pages loaded slowly, and I wasn’t always sure where I was supposed to click next, so I kind of felt left in the dark at times. The information is there, but it took more digging than it should have. Not the worst experience, just frustrating.
